建设部以第46号令发布了《建筑装饰装修管理规定》,规定共分六章三十三条。 第一章总则计5条,指出凡新建、扩建、改建工程和对原有房屋等建筑物、构筑物进行装饰装修的,均适用本规定。规定所称的建筑装饰装修,是指为使建筑物、构筑物内、外空间达到一定的环境质量要求,使用装饰装修材料,对建筑物、构筑物外表和内部进行修饰处理的工程建筑活动。建筑装饰装修应当做到安全适用、优化环境、经济合理,并符合城市规划、消防、供电、环保等
Ministry of Construction promulgated “Regulations on the Administration of Building Decoration” by Order No. 46, which stipulates that there are totally six chapters and 33 articles.
