应用PTCA导管建立了SD大鼠颈总动脉球囊损伤后新生内膜增殖模型,通过光镜、电镜及α-actin免疫组化证明用PTCA导管建立的大鼠颈总动脉新生内膜增殖模型与国外用2FFogarty导管制作的大鼠颈总动脉模型的一致性,满足了研究血管损伤反应和PTCA术后再狭窄的需要。
PTCA catheter was used to establish a neointimal hyperplasia model of carotid artery after balloon injury in SD rats. Neointimal hyperplasia model of rat common carotid artery was established by light microscope, electron microscope and α-actin immunohistochemistry Consistency of the common carotid arteries in rats produced by 2FFogarty catheters in abroad meets the need of studying vascular injury response and restenosis after PTCA.
