2014年3月27日,第二届夏季青年奥林匹克运动会团长大会在南京开幕。南京青奥组委主席、江苏省委副书记、省长李学勇,国际奧委会委员、南京青奥会协调委员会主席波波夫,中国奥委会副主席、国际体育总局副局长杨树安出席了开幕式并致辞。第二届青奥会将于2014年8月16日~28日在南京举行。本次团长大会上,南京青奥组委向各国家和地区奥委会代表团发布了相关政策。本次会议是对南京青奧组委各项筹备工作的一次重要检阅,也是青奥会举办国和举办城市办会能力和水平的全面展示。李学勇代表江苏省人民政府和南京青奧组委,向出席会议的嘉宾表示热烈的欢迎,对国际奥委会、各国家和地区奥委会、国家体育总局和中国奥委会给予的关心支持表示衷心的感谢。他
March 27, 2014, the Second Summer Youth Olympic Games General Assembly opened in Nanjing.
