为了研究不同反应条件对中药柴胡的电化学指纹图谱的影响,试验采用H_2SO_4-MnSO_4-KBrO_3-丙酮化学振荡体系,研究了中药柴胡的化学指纹图谱,同时对温度、中药用量、搅拌速率等影响电化学指纹图的条件进行了考察。结果表明:搅拌速度为400 r/min,温度为310K,中药柴胡粉末加入量为O.1500 g,可得到柴胡的化学振荡体系的最佳试验条件。这说明电化学指纹图谱用于柴胡的鉴定具有良好的重现性,且使用简便、结果准确、可靠易行,该方法可方便地用于不同产地和质量的柴胡的区分。
In order to study the influence of different reaction conditions on the electrochemical fingerprint of Bupleurum chinense, the chemical fingerprint of Bupleurum chinense was studied by using H_2SO_4-MnSO_4-KBrO_3-acetone chemical oscillation system. The effects of temperature, amount of traditional Chinese medicine, stirring rate and so on The conditions affecting the electrochemical fingerprint were investigated. The results showed that the optimum experimental conditions for the chemical oscillation system of Bupleurum were obtained with stirring rate of 400 r / min and temperature of 310K. This shows that the electrochemical fingerprint of Bupleurum identification with good reproducibility, and easy to use, accurate, reliable and easy to use, the method can be easily used for different origin and quality of the Bupleurum distinction.
