本文采用藻酸双酯钠注射液100mg加入5％葡萄糖液300ml 中静脉点滴治疗肺心病36例,并设对照组。用药两周为一疗程。治疗前后密切观察症状体征,进行血液流变性检测。结果:疗效显著,显效率66.6％,总有效率94.4％;血液流变性检测,红细胞压积,全血比粘度,血浆比粘度明显减低。
In this paper, sodium alginate diester injection 100mg 5% glucose solution 300ml intravenous infusion of pulmonary heart disease in 36 cases, and the control group. Medication for two weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment closely observe the signs and symptoms, blood rheology test. Results: The curative effect was remarkable, the effective rate was 66.6% and the total effective rate was 94.4%. Hemorrheological tests, hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity were significantly reduced.
