老年小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Fc及C_3b受体活性降低,益气助阳药芪茸合剂及其单味药黄芪、鹿茸可显著提高这两种受体的活性并超过青年对照组水平。对青年小鼠除黄芪具有提高作用外,芪茸合剂及鹿茸均无显著作用。结果说明(1)老年小鼠可能气阳两虚,腹腔Mφ受体活性降低可能是衰老特征之一,益气助阳参茸合剂有利于恢复免疫衰老;(2)青年小鼠正气基本不虚,对益气助阳方药可无明显反应;(3)益气助阳方药对青年或老年小鼠腹腔Mφ受体(Fc、C_3b)无特异的选择作用。
The activity of Fc and C_3b receptors in peritoneal macrophages of aged mice was decreased. Qiqiongrong Mixture and its single herb Astragalus membranaceus and pilose antler could significantly increase the activity of these two receptors and surpass the level of the young control group. Apart from the improvement of young mice with jaundice, the wolfberry mixture and pilose antler have no significant effect. The results indicated that (1) Older mice may have deficiency of both qi and yang, and the decrease of Mφ receptor activity in the abdominal cavity may be one of the features of aging. Yiqi Yangshenrong mixture is beneficial to restore immune senescence; (2) Youth mice’s uprightness is basically not There was no obvious response to the prescriptions of Yiqi-Zhongyang Recipe. (3) The Yiqi-Zhongyang Recipe had no specific selective effect on the abdominal medulla Mφ receptors (Fc, C_3b) in young or old mice.
