为了探索妇科阳虚证的神经-内分泌系统的变化,我们参照邝安坤(上海内分泌研究所)方法制作雌性阳虚动物模型,并观察了有关指标及中药对它的影响。1 材料和方法 雌性SD大鼠41只,体重180~200g,分为4组:①对照组9只,每只肌注生理盐水1ml/d,连续 14 d.②阳虚模型组 9只,每只肌注醋酸考地松4 mg/d,共 14 d.以上2组d 15断头处死。③阳虚生理盐水组11只,每只肌注醋酸考地松4mg/d,共14 d;d15起生理盐水1ml灌胃,2/d,连续8d。④阳虚甲蓉片组12只,每只肌注醋酸考地松4mg/d,共14 4d;d 15起用甲蓉片混悬液1片/ml灌胃,2/d,共8 d。以上2组于停药2 d断头处死。所有
