地源热泵包括地下水源热泵和土壤源热泵,自20世纪末开始在北京应用。笔者分析了北京市地源热泵的应用现状以及10多年来的发展特点,并从布局、技术、管理等角度总结存在的问题。根据以往各部门的相关研究,分别确定了各区县地下水源热泵和地源热泵的发展潜力,说明未来北京市应支持土壤源热泵发展、限制地下水源热泵发展。
Ground-source heat pumps, including ground-source heat pumps and ground-source heat pumps, have been in Beijing since the late 20th century. The author analyzes the application status of ground source heat pump in Beijing and the development characteristics over the past 10 years and summarizes the existing problems from the aspects of layout, technology and management. According to previous studies of various departments, the development potentials of groundwater source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps in all districts and counties were respectively determined, indicating that Beijing should support the development of ground source heat pumps and limit the development of groundwater source heat pumps in the future.
