石灰土路面施工质量的好坏,辗压是关键问题之一。我们曾于1961及1964两年,先后在通辽开鲁段公路上铺筑了石灰土基层约20公里,在辗压方法上,摸索了一些经验,现简介如下: 当石灰土松铺整形后,如即用压路机辗压,由于压路机起动或变速时,驱动轮所产生的水平推力,对松铺的灰土有明显的向前推移作用,因而容易产生拥包。特别在铺筑厚度较大(超过20厘米)时,更不易辗压平整。灰土中土的塑性指数大于15时,还会出现贴轮子,造成重皮现象。如一开始就用重辗辗压,则轮侧土壁自然坍落,再经第二遍辗压时会出现带状重叠,形成两层皮。针对以上缺点,我们采用了先以履带式拖拉机辗压,使灰土稳定,然后再用重型压路机压实的方法,效果良好。
