我省1965年在武汉市近郊公路上,铺筑了20公里的渣油路面,其中石灰土和级配碎石补强层各10公里。希望通过生产实践,学习各地成功经验,探讨渣油表处和石灰土在武汉多雨、潮湿、炎热地区的适应性能,初步提出各顶材料的技术指标和工艺过程,为在我省继续推广渣油表处和石灰土路面创造条件。该项工程于5月份开工,在各级党委的正确领导和交通部长沙公路工程研究所的具体指导下,于10月份完工,质量基本良好。现将施工情况和初步体会介绍如下,以供参考。
