应用Flow3D软件对高压水流快速充型的过程进行了计算机模拟,并在相同条件下采用1000~2000帧/s照片的高速摄影方法,对着色高速水流在透明的丙烯酸玻璃为材料制成的模具薄板型腔中的充型过程进行了拍摄,二者结果一致.显示了计算机模拟方法研究流体高压充型行为的可行性.应用同样的计算机模拟方法探讨了几种情况下的浇口、溢流槽、型腔形状与位置对其充型行为的影响.其结果对高压铸造铝、镁合金工艺参数设计具有重要参考意义.
