本文在回顾了我国10余年来航运管理体制改革取得成就的基础上,对目前存在的问题进行了分析,同时提出了一些解决现有问题和构建新的管理体制的设想。
On the basis of reviewing the achievements made in the reform of shipping management system over the past 10 years in our country, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some tentative plans to solve existing problems and construct a new management system.
