西洋参自1981年在我国大面积引种以来,目前开始陆续上市。但各地产品存在很大差异,本文仅就影响国产西洋参质量的几个技术问题进行初步探讨,所提出的依据仅供各生产单位参考。
American ginseng has been listed on the market since it was introduced in China in 1981. However, there are great differences between products in different regions. This article only discusses several technical issues affecting the quality of domestic American ginseng, and the proposed basis is only for the reference of production units.
