目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测MMP-2在94例乳腺癌组织、20例癌旁正常乳腺组织、16例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的表达。结果:MMP-2在正常乳腺组织、乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中低表达,在乳腺癌组织中高表达。MMP-2主要表达于癌细胞胞质,其表达与患者年龄、乳腺癌组织学分型无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与癌组织大小、临床分期、组织学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2在乳腺癌组织中高表达,提示肿瘤异型性大,恶性程度高,并能促进浸润和转移。可作为研究判定乳腺癌生物学行为及乳腺癌的临床治疗效果以及预测预后的重要参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of MMP-2 in 94 breast cancer tissues, 20 adjacent normal breast tissues and 16 breast fibroadenomas were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: MMP-2 was overexpressed in normal breast tissue and breast fibroadenoma tissues and in breast cancer tissues. The expression of MMP-2 was mainly in the cytoplasm of cancer cells. The expression of MMP-2 was not associated with the age of patients and the histological type of breast cancer (P> 0.05), but not with the size, clinical stage, histological grade and axillary lymph node metastasis Closely related, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of MMP-2 in breast cancer tissues suggests that the tumors are highly atypical and highly malignant, and promote the invasion and metastasis. As a study to determine the biological behavior of breast cancer and breast cancer clinical efficacy and prognosis of an important reference index.
