目的分析2004-2011年周口市传染病网络直报系统既疾病监测信息报告管理系统(Diseases Reporting lnformation System,DRIS)运行情况,对2004-2011年周口市传染病网络报告信息质量进行评价,为进一步提高报告信息质量提供科学依据。方法分析周口市的10个县(市、区,下同)2004～2011年通过DRIS是报告的传染病病例数据库,评价DRIS的主要运转指标。根据国家《传染病疫情网络直报系统质量评价指标及统计规则》对周口市各年传染病网络直报信息质量进行评价。结果 2004-2011年周口市医疗卫生机构平均未及时报告率为1.84%,县区级疾病预防控制中心平均未及时审核率为0.90%,重卡病率为0.02%,县区零缺报率为0。报告质量逐年提高。结论 2004-2011年周口市法定传染病疫情网络直报信息质量较好,并经过实践证明取得了显著的社会效益。
Objective To analyze the running status of the infectious disease reporting information system (DRIS) of Zhoukou infectious disease network during 2004-2011 and evaluate the quality of the reported infectious disease network information from 2004 to 2011, Improve the quality of reporting information to provide a scientific basis. Method Analysis 10 counties (cities, districts, the same below) in Zhoukou City From 2004 to 2011, DRIS was used to report the database of infectious disease cases, and the main operational indicators of DRIS were evaluated. According to the national “Infectious Disease Outbreak Network Direct Report System Quality Evaluation Index and Statistical Rules” of Zhoukou City, infectious disease network reporting information quality evaluation. Results The average untimely reporting rate of medical and health institutions in Zhoukou City from 2004 to 2011 was 1.84%, that of CDC at the county level was 0.90% on average and that of heavy card was 0.02% . The quality of the report is increasing year by year. Conclusion The information quality of direct reporting network of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhoukou City from 2004 to 2011 was good and proved to have achieved significant social benefits through practice.
