最近,需要在数控车床上加工3000只平底黄铜螺母,程序包括钻孔、车螺纹和切断。加工从棒料起点向内逐渐进行,当加工螺纹成形后,刀具退出,螺母经螺杆族入检验,最后,切下的螺母掉入车床周围的切屑盘内。 由于刚切下的螺母太热,因此要马上检验前一只螺母几乎是不可能的,而且螺母的收集和计数也不方便,加工后还必须从切屑盘中拣出并彻底清洗以去除螺母上的切屑和切削液。 为了使螺母不落入切屑盘并集中起来,特制作了简易的环状收集装置(如图)。
