双组分系统是高度保守的信号转导系统。经典的双组分系统由组氨酸激酶(Histidine Kinase,HK)和反应调节蛋白(Response Regulator protein,RR)构成。PhoPR双组分系统是结核分枝杆菌最基本、最重要的双组分系统。该系统能感应外界环境变化,并做出相应反应。本文综述了结核分枝杆菌PhoPR双组分系统的结构、反应机制和功能方面的研究进展。
Two-component systems are highly conserved signal transduction systems. The classic two-component system consists of Histidine Kinase (HK) and Response Regulator protein (RR). The PhoPR two-component system is the most basic and important two-component system for M. tuberculosis. The system can sense changes in the external environment and respond accordingly. This review summarizes the research progress of the structure, reaction mechanism and function of the two-component system of Mycobacterium tuberculosis PhoPR.
