急性心肌梗塞(AMI)早期应用溶栓疗法能使闭塞冠脉再通已被冠脉造影所证实,但用无创性检查确定冠脉是否再通,却是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文复习近年来有关溶栓治疗后无创性检查研究的文献资料并作一综述。
Early application of thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) can make occlusion of coronary recanalization has been confirmed by coronary angiography, but noninvasive examination to determine whether the recanalization of the coronary artery, but it is an urgent problem to be solved.
