作者对34例Ⅱ期周围动脉闭塞性疾病(PAOD)患者,在标准踏车试验前后检测凝血酶原的片断(F_(1+2)),凝血酶-抗凝血酶Ⅲ复合物(TAT)和D-二聚体浓度的变化.30例年龄、性别配对的健康人作对照。方法:患者组在踏车运动前、后分别静脉采血,枸橼酸盐抗凝、离心分离血浆供纤维蛋白原,D-二聚体和TAT测定,用ACL仪测定纤维蛋白原;D-二聚体用ELISA法测定;TAT和F_(1+2)应用改良ELISA法测定.在踏车运动前后测定踝-肱收缩压的比值(A/B).为了进一步研究血浆中D-二聚体和纤维蛋白溶解参数的基础水平,对另外20例Ⅱ期PAOD患者进行了组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI-1)抗原和活性的测定。尿激酶型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物(u-PA)抗原,纤溶酶原,α_2-抗纤溶酶和D-二聚体浓度的测定。结果:与健康对照(F_(1+2)为0.68±0.06nmol/l,TAT为2.30±0.33μg/l)比较,PAOD患者F_(1+2)(1.25±0.19nmol/l)和TAT(3.34±0.35μg/l)基础
