[目的]了解深圳特区市售肥牛、羊肉中雌二醇、戊酸雌二醇、炔雌醚、苯甲酸雌二醇4种激素残留状况。[方法]样品经超声萃取、离心、反萃、净化、衍生,然后用GC-MS法进行分析。[结果]80份样品中(肥牛肉40份,羊肉40份),雌二醇含量在3~12ng/g之间,其余3种雌激素均未检出。[结论]深圳超市销售的肥牛、羊肉除含有天然浓度的雌二醇外,没有戊酸雌二醇、炔雌醚、苯甲酸雌二醇3种人工合成雌激素残留。
[Objective] To understand the residue status of 4 hormones of estradiol, estradiol valerate, ethinylestradiol and estradiol benzoate on the market of beef cattle and mutton in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. [Method] The samples were extracted by ultrasound, centrifuged, stripped, purified and derivatized, and then analyzed by GC-MS. [Result] Among 80 samples (40 beef fat and 40 lamb meat), the content of estradiol was between 3 ~ 12ng / g, and the other three estrogens were not detected. [Conclusion] There were no artificial estrogen residues such as estradiol valerate, ethinylestradiol and estradiol benzoate in the beef and mutton sold in Shenzhen Supermarket in addition to the natural concentration of estradiol.
