玉龙公园遗址位于重庆市九龙坡区长江左岸第五级基座阶地上。2009年初重庆中国三峡博物馆重庆三峡古人类研究所对其进行系统调查,随后在2010年7月—2011年1月对该遗址进行了正式发掘,发掘面积56m2,获得石器187件,其中采集42件,出土145件。石器类型主要包括石核、石片、砍砸器、刮削器、尖状器等。石制品呈现两种截然不同的面貌风格,大部分石制品有不同程度风化磨蚀,小部分保持原有风貌。原料系就地取材于阶地砾石层,石制品以大型为主,锤击法加工,根据阶地、地层和石制品面貌分析,推测其年代可能分为旧石器早期和晚期两个时代。
Yulong Park site is located in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City on the left bank of the fifth base level terrace. In early 2009, Chongqing Three Gorges Museum, Chongqing Three Gorges Institute of Paleoanthropology conducted a systematic survey of the site, followed by an official excavation of the site from July 2010 to January 2011, with an area of 56 m2 and 187 stone tools, of which 42 , Unearthed 145 pieces. Stone types include stone core, stone tablets, choppers, scrapers, pointed and so on. Stone products show two completely different styles of appearance, most of the stone products have varying degrees of erosion, a small part of maintaining the original style. Based on the terraces and gravel layers, the stone products are mainly large-scale and hammer-processed. According to the analysis of terrains, strata and stone products, it is speculated that the materials may be divided into the early and late Paleolithic times.
