本文测定了1991年9月河南省遭水灾后的信阳、驻马店、周口三地区新小麦霉菌菌相、霉菌侵染率和霉菌毒素含量。在被检测的24份样品中,霉菌总数在10~2—10~8cfu/g之间,共检出霉菌22个属、群或种。优势霉菌主要为根霉、毛霉和黄曲霉。14份小麦染霉率为100%,占58.3%。1份小麦中AFB_1含量超标,其含量为25ug/Kg;10份小麦中DoN含量大于1mg/kg,占41.7%,最高含量为3.5mg/Kg;对21份小麦的T—2毒素检测中,18份样品T—2毒素含量大于100ug/Kg,占85.7%,最高含量为1267.9ug/Kg。
This paper measured the mycotic fungal phase, fungal infection rate and mycotoxin content of new wheat in Xinyang, Zhumadian and Zhoukou areas in September 1991 in Henan Province. Among the 24 samples tested, the total number of molds was between 10 ~ 2-10 ~ 8cfu / g, and 22 genera, groups or species of molds were detected. Advantageous molds are mainly Rhizopus, Mucor and Aspergillus flavus. Fourteen wheat molds were 100%, accounting for 58.3%. In 1 wheat, the content of AFB_1 exceeded 25ug / Kg; the content of DoN in 10 wheat was more than 1mg / kg, accounting for 41.7% and the highest content was 3.5mg / Kg; for T-2 toxin in 21 wheat, 18 samples T-2 toxin content greater than 100ug / Kg, accounting for 85.7%, the maximum content of 1267.9ug / Kg.
