旧城改造是我国许多城市面临的共同任务,“十二五”期间,仍有许多城市计划实施大规模的旧城改造。近年来,由于许多城市不顾实际大拆大建导致城市文脉断裂、城市面貌雷同、市民利益受损而引发社会冲突等,招致舆论广泛批评。在“十二五”及未来的旧城改造与建设中,如何吸取这方面的经验教训,许多世博案例馆为我们提供了很好的借鉴思路。
The transformation of the old city is a common task faced by many cities in our country. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, many cities still plan to implement large-scale transformation of the old city. In recent years, public opinion has been widely criticized because many cities disregard the actual large-scale demolition and construction, leading to the breakdown of the urban context, the similarities in urban areas and the citizens’ interests which have led to social conflicts. In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and the future transformation and construction of the old city, how to draw lessons from this area, many Expo Museum Hall provides us with a good idea.
