提出了一种低成本、高效率的提纯冶金级多晶Si的新方法,即利用交变旋转电磁场,从过共晶Al-Si合金熔体凝固过程中直接分离初生Si,经酸洗后制备太阳能级多晶Si。结果表明,在旋转磁场作用下,铸锭的外层形成富Si层,其中Si的质量占整个富Si层的60%左右,而铸锭内层大部分为Al-Si共晶组织。将富Si层从铸锭上剥离出来,用王水酸洗后,一些金属杂质元素与冶金级Si相比去除率高达98%以上,其中B、P等非金属杂质元素去除效率理想。
A new method of purifying metallurgical grade polycrystalline Si with low cost and high efficiency is proposed, that is, the direct separation of primary Si from the melt solidification process of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy by alternating rotating electromagnetic field is prepared by pickling Solar grade polycrystalline Si. The results show that under the action of rotating magnetic field, the outer layer of ingot is rich in Si, of which the mass of Si accounts for about 60% of the total Si-rich layer, while the inner layer of ingot is mostly Al-Si eutectic. The Si-rich layer is peeled off from the ingot. After being washed with aqua regia, the removal efficiency of some metal impurity elements is as high as 98% compared with that of metallurgical Si, and the removal efficiency of non-metallic impurity elements such as B and P is ideal.
