设计AZ63镁阳极平面分流模具,布置其挤压工艺参数窗口,成形了直径为26.7mm、内部嵌有钢芯(直径为3.4mm)、截面为圆形的AZ63棒状镁牺牲阳极,研究了均匀化退火工艺对镁阳极的挤压变形行为的影响和挤压阳极的电化学性能。结果表明,采用3个呈对称分布的锥度斜孔对挤压坯料分流,在圆柱形的挤压腔中被焊合,可实现均匀化退火的AZ63镁阳极挤压成形;采用较低挤压速度可获得表面成形良好,形状误差较小的镁合金阳极棒;挤压变形后,阳极棒的电流效率和开路电位比铸态的电流效率和开路电位明显提高。
The AZ63 magnesium anode flat split mold was designed and its extrusion process parameters window was set up. The AZ63 rod-shaped magnesium sacrificial anode with a diameter of 26.7mm, a steel core (3.4mm in diameter) and a circular cross section was formed. The results show that AZ63 magnesium anode can be homogenized and annealed by using three taper inclined holes with symmetrical distribution to split the extrusion billet and weld them in the cylindrical extrusion chamber. With the lower extrusion speed The anode rod with good surface shape and smaller shape error can be obtained. After extrusion, the current efficiency and open circuit potential of the anode rod are obviously higher than the as-cast current efficiency and open circuit potential.
