在科技发展和社会进步的推动下,图书馆经历了古代、近代、现代三个承前启后、与时俱进的发展阶段。现代信息技术使现代图书馆在保持传统图书馆传承性和开放性的基础上,又出现了虚拟性和复合性,复合图书馆是现代图书馆复合性的体现。文章认为,随着网格技术的应用,现代图书馆复合性将从个体复合性发展到群体复合性。未来的新技术、新观念还可能使图书馆出现一些新属性,并沿着自己的轨迹继续向前演进。
Driven by the development of science and technology and social progress, the library has undergone three stages of development that have inherited the past and are advancing with the times in ancient times, modern times and modern times. Modern information technology has made the modern library appear virtual and compound on the basis of maintaining the inheritance and openness of the traditional library. The compound library is the compound manifestation of the modern library. The article holds that, with the application of grid technology, the complex of modern libraries will develop from individual compound to group compound. Future new technologies and concepts may also lead to new attributes in the library and continue its evolution along its own trajectory.
