应用扫描电镜观察Wistar大鼠梗阻性黄疸后红细胞几何形态，呈半球形隆起、大饼状、碗状改变，少数红细胞破裂。结果表明，阻黄时高胆汁酸血症可严重影响红细胞的几何形态。
The morphology of erythrocytes in obstructive jaundice in Wistar rats was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The morphology of erythrocytes was hemispherical, patchy, bowel-shaped and a few of erythrocytes were broken. The results show that blocking yellow hyperbilirubinemia can seriously affect the geometry of red blood cells.
