目的分析并探讨新疆新和县艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者依从性教育对治疗效果的影响。方法以2014年12月前新和县参加治疗且2015年仍处于在治状态的131例艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者作为研究对象,随机选取65例为观察组,其余为对照组,采用国家免费抗病毒药物组合,依据个体差别进行个体化抗病毒治疗;对观察组患者治疗期间采取疾病预防控制机构、定点医院、乡(镇)卫生院“三位一体”治疗管理模式和专业医生进行针对性的依从性教育试点,对照组患者正常治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果通过对两组患者病毒学检测,干预后观察组病毒抑制率86.1%(56/65),对照组病毒抑制率53.0%(35/66),观察组病毒抑制率高于对照组33.1%,观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.95,P<0.05)。结论新型管理模式和专业医生开展针对性的依从性教育,对患者治疗效果具有显著作用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of compliance education on the treatment effect in patients with AIDS antiviral therapy in Xinhe County of Xinjiang. Methods A total of 131 AIDS patients treated by Xinhe county before December 2014 and still in the state of treatment were enrolled in this study. 65 patients were randomly selected as the observation group and the rest as the control group. National free anti-virus Drug combination, individualized antiviral treatment based on individual differences; targeted treatment of patients in the observation group to take the disease prevention and control agencies, designated hospitals, township (town) hospitals, “Trinity ” treatment management and professional doctors targeted compliance Sex education pilot, the control group of patients with normal treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. The results of the two groups of patients through virological testing, the intervention group after the virus inhibition rate was 86.1% (56/65), the control group virus inhibition rate was 53.0% (35/66), the observation group virus inhibition rate was higher than the control group 33.1% The observation group treated better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 16.95, P <0.05). Conclusions The new management model and the professional doctor to carry out targeted compliance education, has a significant effect on the treatment effect of patients.
