氮乙酰半胱氨酸(ＮＡＣ)作为一种巯基抗氧化物,可增加细胞内ＧＳＨ的合成量,能增强ＩＬ1β诱生型一氧化氮合酶(ｉＮＯＳ)在小鼠血管平滑肌细胞中的表达。那么,其它抗氧化剂是否具有此功能呢?是否ＮＡＣ增强ＩＬ1β诱生ＮＯＳ是通过激活丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(ＭＡＰＫ)而实现的呢?
As a sulfhydryl antioxidant, NAC can increase the synthesis of intracellular GSH and enhance the expression of IL1β-inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in mouse vascular smooth muscle cells. So does the other antioxidants have this function? Does NAC enhance IL1β-induced NOS by activating mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)?
