本文对化学成份相同、屈强比不同的两种高强钢进行了三点弯曲CTOD试验。并采用三维有限元数值法分析了裂纹尖端的应力应变场。结果表明:与低屈强比的材料相比,高屈强比的钢材由于裂纹尖端应力水平高使得脆性启裂韧性值低,而其抗延性裂纹扩展阻力却优于低屈强比材料。
In this paper, three-point bending CTOD test was conducted on two kinds of high-strength steels with the same chemical composition and different yield ratios. The stress and strain field at crack tip were analyzed by 3D finite element method. The results show that, compared with the low yield ratio material, the high yield ratio steel has a lower brittle crack initiation toughness due to the higher stress level at the crack tip, whereas the resistance to ductile crack propagation is superior to the low yield ratio material.
