随着社会经济的飞速发展,对于人才的需求量也在与日俱增,但是人才的数量往往都是有一定限度的,尤其是优秀人才更是各大企业争抢的对象。那么企业该如何进行人力资源管理,才能使人才留下为这个企业效力,又该如何更好的挖掘并利用人才的最高使用价值,这都是现在企业人力资源管理者需要考虑的事情。本文主要从企业人力资源管理的基本概念,存在的人才聘用太过随意性,培训机制不够完善,对职业薪酬存在误解,人员分配不合理等问题以及采取的措施出发,目的是对于现如今的企业人力资源的管理者能有一定的借鉴作用,使企业人力资源管理不断创新,与时俱进,更加符合社会对人才利用的需要,同时更加合理的利用人才。
