冀张薯12号是张家口农业科学院最新培育的中晚熟鲜食型品种,我省北部春播生育期96天左右。株型直立,株高68厘米,茎绿色,叶绿色,生长势强,单株主茎数2.85个,花冠淡紫色,块茎长圆形,白皮白肉,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,单株结薯4.9个,商品薯率87.6%。薯块淀粉15.52%,干物质19.21%,还原糖0.25%,粗蛋白3.25%。表
