目的:本实验通过观察消痈生肌方对血清白细胞介素(IL-1β),血清白细胞介素(IL-2)的调节作用,进一步研究毒热证胃溃疡的发病机制及其治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为7组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组、溃得康组、汤药组、胶囊组、奥美组,每组7只,测定大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-2含量,来评价各组药物促进大鼠胃溃疡愈合的作用。结果:汤药组中IL-1β,IL-2含量分别为(260.95±7.55)、(331.19±11.73)pg/m L,与正常组最为接近,能够有效降低IL-1β,并促进IL-2的释放。结论:消痈生肌方是通过降低和提高胃溃疡大鼠血清中的IL-1β、IL-2含量,来缓解炎性介质释放、降低炎性反应、增强胃黏膜的防御功能,促进溃疡的愈合。
Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of Xiaoji Shengji Recipe on serum interleukin (IL-1β) and serum interleukin (IL-2), to further study the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer induced by toxic heat and its treatment of gastric ulcer The mechanism of action. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, ulcerative group, decoction group, capsule group and Ogilvy group, with 7 rats in each group. Serum IL-1β , IL-2 content, to evaluate the role of each group of drugs to promote gastric ulcer healing in rats. Results: The levels of IL-1β and IL-2 in the Decoction group were (260.95 ± 7.55) and (331.19 ± 11.73) pg / m L, respectively, which were the closest to the normal group and were able to reduce IL-1β and IL-2 freed. Conclusion: Xiaoji Shengji Recipe can relieve the release of inflammatory mediators, reduce the inflammatory reaction, enhance the defensive function of gastric mucosa and promote the ulceration of gastric ulcer by decreasing and increasing the content of IL-1β and IL-2 in the serum of rats with gastric ulcer heal.
