研究了烷基硫酸钠纯度、烷基碳链分布对甲基丙烯酸甲酯种子乳液聚合反应的影响。结果表明,烷基硫酸钠中乙醇不溶物含量的增加,可提高MMA乳液聚合反应速率;在采用K2S2O8-NaHSO3-Cu2+三元氧化-还原引发体系的MMA乳液聚合中,Fe2+降低反应速率,而Fe3+则提高聚合反应速率;低碳同系物比例的增加,有利于乳液聚合反应速率的提高,而随高碳同系物比例的增加,乳液聚合反应速率下降。
The effects of sodium alkylsulfate purity and alkyl carbon chain distribution on the emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate were studied. The results showed that the increase of ethanol insoluble content in sodium alkyl sulfate could increase the polymerization rate of MMA emulsion. In MMA emulsion polymerization with K2S2O8-NaHSO3-Cu2 + ternary oxidation-reduction system, Fe2 + decreased the reaction rate, while Fe3 + The increase of the proportion of low-carbon homologues is beneficial to the increase of the rate of the emulsion polymerization. With the increase of the proportion of the high-carbon homologues, the rate of the emulsion polymerization decreases.
