目的:研究参附复方对心力衰竭大鼠心功能的改善作用,及其对脑尿钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法:通过结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立心力衰竭模型,在术后1周给予参附复方,连续给药4周,并检测其血流动力学指标,同时测其血浆BNP含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组和参附组左室收缩末压(LVSP)、±dp/dtmax均显著降低(P<0.01),血浆BNP水平显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,参附组能改善LVSP(P<0.05)、±dp/dtmax(P<0.01),降低血浆BNP水平(P<0.01)。结论:参附复方能通过改善心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠血流动力学指标,进而有效改善心功能,降低血浆BNP浓度。
Objective: To study the effect of Shenfu Compound on heart function in rats with heart failure and its effect on brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Methods: The model of heart failure was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats. The rats were given Shenfu Compound for 1 week after the operation. The rats were continuously administered for 4 weeks. The hemodynamic parameters were measured and the plasma BNP levels were also measured. Results: LVSP, ± dp / dtmax and plasma BNP levels in model group and reference group were significantly lower than those in sham operation group (P <0.01) Compared with the control group, Shenfu group could improve LVSP (P <0.05), ± dp / dtmax (P <0.01) and plasma BNP level (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shenfu Compound can improve the cardiac function and reduce the concentration of plasma BNP by improving the hemodynamic parameters of heart failure rats after myocardial infarction.
