工程造价就是工程的建造价格。对施工企业而言,工程造价的含义就是指一项工程预期支出或实际支出的全部人工、材料、机械、管理费用以及税金的总计。工程造价的确定与控制,贯穿于建设项目可行性研究、初步设计直至竣工结算的全过程。工程造价管理的本质即合理确定和有效控制工程投资,以最少的投入,获取最佳的效益。
Project cost is the construction of the project price. For construction enterprises, the meaning of project cost is the total amount of labor, materials, machinery, overheads and taxes of an expected or actual expenditure of a project. The essence of project cost management is to reasonably determine and effectively control project investment, with the least investment, to obtain the best benefit.
