本文对新型冷冲剪模具钢55SiMnMoVNb和常用冷冲剪模具钢60Si2Mn、Cr12MoV的力学性能进行了系统研究,并用金相、TEM、SEM对三种钢的组织和断口进行观察分析。结果表明:新钢种的强韧性优于60Si2Mn和Cr12MoV钢·淬火组织中细小板条马氏体的增多以及断口中撕裂的增加是新钢具有高强韧性的重要原因。生产试验表明:新钢所制冲头和切刀的使用寿命很高,且能以冷冲代热冲,具有明显的经济效益。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of 55SiMnMoVNb cold-forging die steel and 60Si2Mn, Cr12MoV cold-die tool steel were systematically studied. The microstructure, fracture and fracture of the three kinds of steel were observed and analyzed by metallography, TEM and SEM. The results show that the toughness of the new steel is better than that of 60Si2Mn and Cr12MoV steel. The increase of martensite and the increase of tearing in the fracture are the important reasons for the high strength and toughness of the new steel. Production tests show that: the new steel made of the punch and the cutter life is high, and can be cold red heat Chong, with significant economic benefits.
