合理的农村卫生人力资源能推进农村卫生事业的健康、可续发展。本文通过分析湖南省农村卫生人力资源现状,对存在的问题提出相应对策,以优化我省现有的农村卫生人力资源。
Reasonable rural human resources for health can promote the health of rural health and sustainable development. This article analyzes the status quo of rural human resources in rural areas in Hunan Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to existing problems to optimize the existing rural human resources in our province.
