目的 :探索诱导分化治疗新策略在脑胶质瘤治疗中的潜在用途。方法 :应用Hoechst 3 3 2 5 8荧光法及流式细胞仪分析 ,检测RA/IFN γ协同诱导分化处理前后脑胶质瘤细胞的凋亡诱发特征。结果 :单独应用RA(即使 10 -5mol·L-1高浓度 )及IFN γ处理均未能诱发明显凋亡 ;而RA/IFN γ协同诱导分化处理却可使C6细胞凋亡率显著上升 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :脑胶质瘤协同诱导分化过程也可有凋亡机制的参与
Objective: To explore the potential application of new strategy of differentiation therapy in the treatment of glioma. Methods: Hoechst 3 3 5 58 fluorescence and flow cytometry were used to detect the apoptosis-inducing characteristics of glioma cells before and after RA / IFN γ-induced differentiation. Results: RA (even 10-5 mol·L-1) and IFNγ alone did not induce significant apoptosis. However, the apoptosis rate of C6 cells was significantly increased by RA / IFN γ-induced differentiation (P <0 0 1). Conclusions: The mechanism of apoptosis is also involved in the glioma-induced differentiation process
