本文通过对发达国家和地区的经济增长实践与产业结构转型研究,发现为突破经济增长瓶颈,各国将投资结构调整与产业结构调整、经济方式转换结合起来,构建新的投资体制与机制,稳定投资增长率、提高投资收益率,推动经济结构调整优化与升级转型,以期为我国经济结构转型升级提供借鉴。
