1982年,受区卫生厅委托,采取技术指导、经济承包形式,在银川市郊区农村以呼吸系统疾病为重点普查8,172人,共检出活动性结核病人46例,患病率5.63‰;肺癌4例。另经痰菌培养在部分疑为结核病病人中发现非典型分枝杆菌病一例。银新公社8个大队中的砖渠、宁城、双城和盈北大队共9.831人。在银新公社卫生院(乙方)的承包下,15岁及15岁以上者胸透;不足15岁者先怍 O.T.试验,阳性者胸透。凡胸透疑有病变者一律拍片并作痰菌检查;盈北大队的痰菌检查除涂片外还作了结核菌培养。
