党的十一届三中全会以后,全国的住宅建设发展很快,新建的住宅造型也日趋向多样化发展,不论是从住宅的外体及内部结构,在设计上注重了美观、大方、适用、各异。因此,多数新建的住宅适合于群众居住需要,较好地适应了现代化城市建设的需要。但是,近几年来群众对新建住宅的凉台(阳台)如何设计有着强烈的反响。经过我们多次的调查,群众的基本意见是:要求新建住宅在设计上一律采取封闭式凉台(阳台)。为此,我们对此问题进行专题调查研究。总的认为,采取封闭凉台势在必行。
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the country’s housing construction developed rapidly, and the newly-built residential buildings are also increasingly diversified. No matter whether it is from the exterior or interior structure of a residence, the design emphasizes appearance, generosity, and application. Different. Therefore, most of the newly-built dwellings are suitable for the needs of the masses and better adapted to the needs of modern urban construction. However, in the past few years, the masses have had a strong response to how the design of the verandas (balconies) of new houses has been designed. After many investigations conducted by us, the basic opinion of the masses is that the newly-built residential buildings should all be designed with closed verandas (balconies). To this end, we conduct a special survey on this issue. In general, it is imperative to adopt a closed terrace.
