利用25次南极科考获得的海水样,采用原子分光光度法(AAS)测定了海水中溶解态镉的含量,研究了东南极普里兹湾不同空间与时间尺度下海水中溶解态镉的分布特征。并利用同航次相关的营养盐、叶绿素a等数据,分析了影响海水中溶解态镉分布的主要因素。研究结果显示,普里兹湾表层海水中溶解态镉的分布与叶绿素a具有良好的相关性,生物过程是影响普里兹湾表层海水中溶解态镉平面分布的主要影响因素。表层海水中镉与磷具有良好的线性关系,冰架边缘的海冰融化可能是造成冰架边缘Cd/P比值高的主要原因。溶解态镉在垂直分布上表现出近似磷酸盐等营养盐的分布趋势。普里兹湾海水中溶解态镉的浓度在时间序列上的变化不大,潮汐可能是影响海水中镉浓度微弱变化的主要因素。
In this paper, the contents of dissolved cadmium in seawater were determined by atomic spectrophotometry (AAS), and the distribution of dissolved cadmium in seawater was analyzed under different spatial and temporal scales in Prydz Bay, Southeast Pole. feature. The main factors influencing the distribution of dissolved cadmium in seawater were analyzed using data of nutrients and chlorophyll a related to the same voyage. The results showed that the distribution of dissolved cadmium in surface seawater of Prydz Bay had a good correlation with chlorophyll a, and the biological process was the main factor that affected the distribution of dissolved cadmium in the surface seawater of Prydz Bay. The surface seawater has a good linear relationship between cadmium and phosphorus, and sea ice melting at the edge of ice shelves may be the main reason for the high Cd / P ratio at the edge of ice shelves. In the vertical distribution, dissolved cadmium shows the distribution trend of nutrients such as phosphate. Concentrations of dissolved cadmium in seawater of Prydz Bay did not change much in time series, and tides may be the main factors affecting the weak change of cadmium concentration in seawater.
