U.S. EPA prosecuted for re-registration of chlorpyrifos US farm workers and public interest groups jointly filed suit against EPA re-registration of organophosphate pesticide chlorpyrifos. The group claimed that the decision of the EPA to register re-registration of chlorpyrifos last year did not have enough data to support a comprehensive risk-benefit analysis.
