在 C_6H_5CH_2N(C_2H_5)_3Cl 等相转移催化剂存在下,雌酮(或雌二醇、炔雌醇)与碘甲烷在氢氧化钠水溶液和二氯甲烷中回流反应,生成对应的雌甾3-甲醚。此法操作简便,反应迅速,且产率高。
In the presence of C_6H_5CH_2N (C_2H_5) _3Cl and other phase-transfer catalysts, estrone (or estradiol, ethynylestradiol) was refluxed with methyl iodide in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and dichloromethane to give the corresponding estradiol 3-methyl ether . This method is simple, rapid response, and high yield.
