处方药物滥用是美同药物滥用的一个方面。由于处方药物既要使用又要受限制,因而使这一问题变得复杂化。美国医学会主持召开了两个全国性会议,以解决医用处方药物与国家控制药物滥用政策相关的问题。会上对滥用处方医生进行了分类,指责了他们滥用处方药物的行为;根据对“快克”可卡因以及其它非处方药物滥用流行趋势的情况对处方药物滥用的概念进行了修改,并制定了有关政策;提出需建立一种新型的医—患关系,使医生和病人各尽其责,有效地达到治疗目的。
Prescription drug abuse is one aspect of the same drug abuse. This problem is compounded by the need to restrict the use of prescription drugs.
