提出了一种基于光学四波混频技术的方向回溯天线阵。这种类型的天线阵能够在不使用移相器的情况下自动追踪移动终端。现有的智能天线和相控阵天线的自动追踪功能是基于相位共轭混频电路实现的。提出了一种更新的基于四波混频技术的相位共轭的实现方法,以解决原有方法在射频电路在设计和结构上出现的问题。最后分析了半导体光放大器(SOA)的工作原理,并设计合适的参数以确保产生的相位共轭射频信号强度能够满足发射天线阵正常工作的要求。
A directional backtracking antenna array based on optical four-wave mixing technique is proposed. This type of antenna array can automatically track the mobile terminal without the use of a phase shifter. The automatic tracking function of the existing smart antenna and the phased array antenna is based on the phase conjugate mixing circuit. A new method of phase conjugation based on four-wave mixing technique is proposed to solve the problem of the original design and structure of the RF circuit. Finally, the working principle of the semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) is analyzed and the appropriate parameters are designed to ensure that the generated phase conjugate radio frequency signal strength can meet the requirements of the normal operation of the transmitting antenna array.
