目的:探索角膜移植存活受体的免疫机制。方法:在兔眼建立同种异体穿透性角膜移植模型,将动物分为角膜移植排斥组和存活组,然后分别在两组动物观察对原供体皮肤移植片的存活和原供体淋巴细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应的影响。结果:与角膜移植排斥组相比,存活组不但对原供体皮肤移植片产生了延长效应,而且对原供体淋巴细胞诱导的DTH也产生了显著抑制作用。结论:存活的角膜移植受体针对移植抗原产生了前房相关的免疫偏离,这对于移植物的存活可能起着重要的作用
Objective: To explore the immune mechanism of corneal graft survival. Methods: Allograft penetrating keratoplasty model was established in rabbit eyes. The animals were divided into corneal graft rejection group and survival group. Then the survival rate of primary donor skin graft and the original donor lymphocyte Induced delayed type hypersensitivity. Results: Compared with corneal graft rejection group, survival group not only prolonged the original donor skin graft, but also significantly inhibited DTH induced by primary donor lymphocytes. CONCLUSIONS: Surviving corneal transplant recipients have an anterior chamber-related immune bias against transplanted antigens that may play an important role in graft survival
