GM India has already produced the hatchback passenger car on its Corsa platform and has put it into the Indian market. According to Reuters, the price of GM’s small car in India has two options in New Delhi due to different engines, one for 439,000 rupees (about 9300 U.S. dollars) and the other for 465,000 rupees. The company expects to sell 600 vehicles a month with an annual production of 1.475 vehicles. A wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors in India is principally engaged in the assembly of Astra, Corsa and Swing sedans with German engines. with
