在中小学教育中,制定了很多的教学管理制度,但这些制度却往往只规定应该做什么,不能做什么;而缺乏对学生积极上进行为的鼓励与引导。更多的学校干脆是直接通过处罚条例来约束管理学生。在课程改革逐步走向深入的过程中,我们感觉到:对于中小学生来说,与其用严格的事后处罚去约束学生,不如强化事前的引导来促进学生。通过建立促进性评价机制,鼓励学生往积极上进的方向努力,逐步把学生的行为巩固成习惯,再把良好的习惯升华为素质。我们成立了“促进性评价,构建以学习单
